Born on the storm-lashed coast of Bergen, Norway, Obsidian Wake blend intricate prog structures with the relentless ferocity of death metal. Their music ebbs between clean, haunting passages and cyclonic blasts of double-kick fury, with lyrics drawn from maritime myths, deep-sea horrors, and the endless pull of the abyss.
