Plaguestorm
Hailing from the industrial ruins of Łódź, Poland, Plaguestorm fuse blackened death metal with punishing industrial beats and samples. Their stage presence is unnerving: gas masks, scorched lighting rigs, and visuals that look like government footage leaked from a contamination zone. Lyrically, they explore viral warfare, societal collapse, and cybernetic corruption.

Vectors of Infection (2024)
“Vectors of Infection is as relentless as it is unsettling. Plaguestorm build their sound on crushing riffs layered over mechanical percussion that hits like hydraulic pistons, all wrapped in a sickly, digital haze. Standout ‘Nanophage Collapse’ is pure chaos — a dizzying assault of tremolo-picked guitars underpinned by glitching, stuttering beats. The title track combines blast beats with industrial noise to create something both claustrophobic and cathartic. It’s not an easy listen, but that’s exactly the point. This album feels like a broadcast from the last surviving pirate station in a dying world.”

The Unholy Broadcast
Nanophage Collapse
Strobe-lit shots of the band in a fog-filled bunker alternate with footage of an abandoned city being overrun by swarming nanobots. Monitors flicker with grainy propaganda messages as the screen glitches and distorts in sync with the song’s industrial breakdown.
